Is there a way to know the specs of a DCP without actually playing it? Of course there is. Today, LI TRUST will show you how. The example we'll use is the overseas version DCP that LI TRUST created for Nezha in October 2019.





From left to right:
Title: Nezha (within 14 characters)
Content Format: FTR-1 (indicates feature (FTR), short (SHR), trailer (TLR), advertisement (ADV), etc. The suffix is the version number.)
Aspect Ratio: S indicates (Scope 2.35:1) F indicates (Flat 1.85:1)
Dialogue & Subtitle Languages: CMN-GR (CMN indicates Mandarin dialogue) GR (indicates Greek subtitles)
Audio Format & Language: 51 indicates 5.1 audio, and there are also 6.1, 7.1, and 2.0 channels
Resolution: 2K, 4K
DCP Creator: LT indicates LI TRUST, abbreviated as LT
DCP Creation Date: 20191027
DCP Standard: Currently, there are two main DCP standards:SMPTE indicates SMPTE standard, IOP indicates INTEROP standard
Lastly, Package Format: OV (Original Version), VF (Localized Version)
