When LI TRUST's subtitle team took on the project, the first step was understanding the creative context behind the film, because only by grasping the production circumstances could they accurately render every word the filmmaker spoke under extreme constraint. The film's extensive Persian dialogue required relay translation. LI TRUST placed strict emphasis on precision at every link of the translation chain, bringing in review experts native in both Persian and Chinese to sign off on the final version, ensuring no semantic loss throughout the relay process. The subtitles were also developed to align with the film's festival distribution plans, providing French, English, and Chinese versions to support its successful presentation at multiple international film festivals.
